Professional Coach [Consulting Role]
Mosaic is a diversified financial services group based in Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg. We work with successful families and their structures across tax, fiduciary, investments, structuring, property and related services.
Description
We are looking for a suitably qualified, experienced coach to consult to our team on a contract basis through monthly, in-person coaching sessions with individual team members to help them:
- Clarify and achieve their professional and career goals;
- Build resilience, focus and accountability;
- Strengthen communication and collaboration within the team;
- Navigate the complex, technical environment of a modern financial services group.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured monthly one-on-one coaching sessions in person at our office;
- Collaborate with leadership to align coaching goals with business and team objectives;
- Identify themes and development needs emerging from coaching and, where appropriate, suggest group workshops or interventions.
Requirements
- Experienced professional coach;
- Relevant coaching qualification;
- Comfortable working with a diverse, highly qualified team;
- Able to commit to a regular, ongoing monthly coaching schedule.
